It is produced from the pericardium of calf born and raised in Italy with an age of less than 8 months.

The manufacturing process allows the spatial alignment of the collagen fiber making the pericardium perfectly transparent. The underlying anatomical structures are perfectly visible at the end of the operation, allowing you to identify any bleeding.

After 12 hours from the deposition in the operative field, the collagen fibers resume their multi-directional intertwined arrangement. In case of reopening the pericardium will be perfectly visible.
